The property was once a furniture warehouse, and was then purchased by an electric company in 1961 until 2000, and was completely abandoned from 2000 until MM Partners decided to renovate the property in 2016.

Residential units in the Braverman Building range from $1275-$1400 for one bedroom units to $1600-$1700 for two bedroom units. There are also plans for Braverman II and Braverman III which hope to open within the next couple years!
The MM Cloisters I, also known as the West Village at Spring Garden, is currently in development and has approx. 20 completely renovated apartments ready for immediate move-in! It is located in a great area of Philadelphia close to many entertainment venues as well as three colleges; UScience, Drexel and Penn State. The Cloisters also has a lot of history. The property itself was built over a century ago. The MM Cloisters are slated to house 47 units, with studio apartments starting at $1150, one-bedrooms at $1300, and two-bedroom units starting at $1550.
